First time at Ivy Lodge and Ellie did a lovely job with my hair but also her customer care was outstanding. I booked in a date however I was 38 weeks pregnant and Ellie was totally understanding that baby could come any moment so put me at ease if I need to cancel. Long story short baby came just before hair appointment and Ellie was completely understanding and rebooked another date and was very welcoming to me and my baby and made space for the pram etc
